Every pet is fabulous in their own way. Whether its your cat, who's always strutting her stuff, painting the air with her tail or your Great Dane, who makes sitting on the couch look like a Forbes photo session. It is for this reason that we at Hunnied Pawz have hand-crafted a range of tasselled pet bandannas to match not only their coats, but also their unique personalities.

Who Are We?

Hunnied Pawz is a small, animal loving family owned business situated in South Africa. Established in January 2021, we specialize in sweet handmade pet accessories. The inspiration for our brand is the family Cocker Spaniel, Hunny. She can be seen featuring on our logo, with her feline friend, Maeko. These two, along with their bigger buddies, Mya and Lucy, also happen to be the ambassadors of our brand, modelling our products. Also, The Hunnied Pawz blog aims to educate pet owners, enabling them to offer the best care for their furkids. We will post informative articles, place and product reviews, DIY spoils, and easy home made remedies for you to try out. Return policy and Shipping Info

We at Hunnied Pawz try our utmost best to produce quality handmade products. If, however, you may need to return a product/s please note the information below:

RETURN POLICY

Please ensure that it is returned in its original condition and original packaging along with any additional accessories. Sealed items or items in original condition will be refunded for but will exclude delivery cost.

Return orders will only be accepted 5 days after having been received by the customer. Please make sure that the correct item or product has been ordered. Any incorrect order on the customer’s part is held liable for additional shipping costs necessary. Please ensure the purchased item is wrapped securely when shipping back to us and that all the shipping information is correct. Also make sure that tracking number is recorded. We will assist the customer with courier arrangements for returns but the customer is liable for the shipment fee. The customer may use his/her own courier but it is essential that the returned order is received in original state for the redemption of a full refund. Once the returned order arrives back and has been through inspection, the full amount of the invoice (excluding shipment) will be refunded. Please allow 7 working days after the arrival of the return. We will issue proof of payment.

The following will forfeit refunding:

item/s not in their original condition, and/or damaged in any way. Items containing pet hair, chew marks, soil marks and pet odors. Failure to notify and/or return items within the stipulated time period.

Purchase Errors

If you have made a purchase error, we will gladly offer an exchange, granted that the item is in its original state. We will exchange the product within 7 working days after the product has been returned to Hunnied Pawz . The shipping costs are however excluded and solely on the customer's account. Please view the Returns Policy above.

Delivery Errors

Should we be at fault in delivering the incorrect item or order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order. We will make sure the error is corrected , with all shipping costs will at our expense.

Damaged Items

Once you have received your products, please check the contents immediately and report any discrepancies. Any discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours after having received the order. Should any item be damaged, we will then replace the product for you and have it delivered with all costs incurred.

Cancellations/ Changes

If for whatever reason the order needs to be canceled, we will gladly assist. In the case of payment already having been made, we will advise and return the payment as soon as possible. Changes to an order however, could result in a revised delivery quote and/or revised discount structure.

In cases where the order has already been shipped, the order will have to be returned at the customer’s expense and the return policy then applies. Any changes made prior to both payment and shipping are accommodated. Please note, however, that we do reserve the right to a termination penalty on cancellation of large orders.

SHIPPING INFO

Please be assured that we go through strict measures to ensure your package arrives safely. Throughout the manufacturing and packaging process, we follow sanitizing protocols. Before packaging, products are steamed to ensure customer safety. Our courier services also try their best to follow COVID-19 safety protocols.

For your utmost safety, however, we suggest sanitizing the package once it is received. The contents can be further sanitized by either washing, ironing, or steaming. Please avoid using harmful products on bandanna fabrics.
